comfortable stay close to the action
friendly host fresh bedding available kitchen parking pass
the host was friendly and cute. the room had fresh bedding and was clean, i found that helpful. i also appreciated the available kitchen, it had cooking and washing appliances for our use. i was given a parking pass to park outside the premises.
the sink in the shared bathroom could use a little more attention.

really friendly spot!
friendly staff kitchen access free parking
the staff was super friendly and helpful, they let us use the kitchen whenever we wanted, and we could come and go easily. the rooms were pretty clean and the beds felt fresh and new.. it all worked out great. i had a free parking pass too, so parking wasn't a worry.
the rooms weren't the absolute cleanest but it wasn't too bad.

convenient location helpful staff kitchen access
The location is really convenient. it is very close to pleasure beach and other attractions. staff were helpful. They allowed us to use the kitchen whenever we wanted. we could come and go as we pleased, which i found useful.
the room was small and had limited space. this made it a little difficult to move around comfortably. storage was definitely lacking.

this place is close to the promenade tram line, offering convenient access to nearby destinations. its location near pleasure beach, the sandcastle water park and south pier makes it perfect!!! it is convenient.

the staff offered a warm welcome and explained the hotel's features. the owner were really nice, offering assistance to me and my children. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

stale cigarettes mouldy curtains
the location was quite great and the room had everything i needed. everything i needed was there, i guess.
I really disliked the smell of stale cigarettes in the room. It was overpowering. also, there was mould all over the curtains. the false advertising really ruined my break too. I was totally pissed off.
